  As we come to a full stop on our music video production, we can look back on the good times we had. From filming with each other and laughing at Ben falling on the ice, this was such a fun project. Since we were already friends, this project just made us closer. From making the storyboard. All the way into the final edits. Even the song we chose brought it's own fun. It's Christmas time right now. We all are going to have happier holidays knowing how much fun we had. But it isn't over. We will keep having fun into the future.

    After editing the first half of the music video, I realized I needed to edit way more of it. This included both cutting videos and making sure it fit the time. I also had to cut the videos just right so they still looked good. I didn’t  include more of the scenes in the film because it dragged out the time. I still used my phone to edit all of it. It was also all edited on iMovie. I ran the entire film again to see any errors. Once I did that, I saw that the  duration went a little over 2 minutes. So, I had to go back and check and see which scenes to cut  down even more. I cut down the opening scene more by a couple seconds. There was unnecessary moments in each video. Then I cut down the scene where we were entering the skating rink . This made the duration of the music video way shorter.  Then when I was putting on ice skates, I edited it in a way that it cut to each person tying on their laces. Then the scene were I was skating was  cut short so that I wasn’t skating too much f

   As the editor, I edited the whole music video. I made sure to put all the scenes aligned in the order they needed to be. This included both editing the time and speeding up the time. I also had to cut the videos just right. Some scenes were not  included in the film because it dragged out the time. I used my phone to edit all of it. It was all edited on iMovie. What had to be done was run the entire film. Once I did that, I saw that the  duration went a little over 5 minutes. So, I had to go back and check and see which scenes to cut  down even more. This made the duration of the music video shorter, which was good for the film. Then when Ben was skating and fell, I edited it in a way that it looked like a fade transition.   The next location was at the galleria mall. There are many holiday themed decorations in December at the mall, which fits the theme of the music video. My group filmed on the same day as the skating rink.    I was also in most of the scenes in this location also. When one of the group members that was filming left, I stepped in for some scenes. I filmed the scenes where we were writing letters. I also filmed it when we were dropping the letters into the mailbox. I did not use my own camera, we used another group members. I looked around the mall for locations to film. There were many places in the mall that had holiday decorations. I chose to film under the big Christmas tree near the food court. I made sure the areas that were being filmed were not occupied with a ton of people. I also made sure to get myself and my group out of the way from other people. Many areas were in fact packed with people so I had to wait for them to move so we could film. The duration of filming at the gal

  On Sunday, the 5th I started filming with my group. All of the group members were able to make it there. One of my partners had COVID, so we had to reschedule our filming. We moved it back 2 weeks. As the editor, I made sure all of the camera angles and shots were correct. I made sure we all wore winter clothing. I brought a Santa hat and wore a hoodie and jeans. I had to change into ice skates for the beginning scenes. I filmed my partner getting skates. I also was in the beginning scene where we walked into the ice skating rink to buy the tickets. After I put my ice skates on, the group filmed my partners and I getting on the ice. I made sure to perform specific scenes and match it to the storyboard. The skating rink was a little busy with people so I made sure to get myself and my group out of the way from other skaters. I was in most of the scenes we filmed. I would skate around and look like I’m having fun. I genuinely had a lot of fun ice skating. The duration of filming at the
